At the Riptide Hotel, we pride ourselves on giving our guests a relaxing and enjoyable stay. To insure that each of our guests can fully enjoy our facilities and amenities, we have instituted the following policies. If you would like to have a special event at the Riptide Hotel such as a wedding or party that will require additional guests or priveledges, please consult with our management prior to booking your event.

Maximum four guests per room south building and six guests per room north building. Only registered guests on property. You may have only three registered visitors at any one time. No unregistered visitors allowed. All guests and visitors must have wristbands to be on the property. Additional guests or visitors and parties must be approved by manager. Only listed hotel guests allowed in rooms after 10PM. Complaints such as loud music, domestic violence or disturbing the peace of any kind will be considered "Just Cause" for removal of guest (you and your party) or your visitors. If "Just Cause" is found, you agree to vacate the premises within one hour of verbal notice from management or you will be escorted off the property by local police and a trespass warrant will be issued against you and/or your visitors. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management will not be responsible for accident or injury to guests (You and your party) or their visitors, or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

• NO PET'S OF ANY KIND.
• ONE PARKING SPOT PER ROOM.
• $10 CHARGE FOR LOST KEY.
• $30 EXTRA CHARGE FOR ROOM DUE TO FILTHINESS.
• THE RIPTIDE HOTEL WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED TO THE ROOM, PREMISES OR HOTEL PROPERTY (BIKES, BEACH CHAIRS, BBQ'S) BY YOU OR YOUR PARTY OR ANY OF YOUR VISITORS.
• RIPTIDE HOTEL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT MAY HAPPEN TO YOU OR YOUR PARTY OR ANY OF YOUR VISITORS WHILE STAYING AT OR VISITING THE "RIPTIDE HOTEL".
